2027 Terms & Conditions, Registration & Payment Policy
Event Dates: June 16–21, 2027
Thank you for choosing to join the Muscle Potential Re-Treat Yourself Fitness Getaway. By registering for the getaway, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following registration, payment, cancellation, and participation terms.
Please review these terms carefully before completing your registration.
1. Registration & Reservation
Registration for the 2027 Muscle Potential Re-Treat Yourself Fitness Getaway opens October 1, 2026.
Your place on the getaway is not considered reserved until:
Registration has been completed;
The required $600 deposit has been successfully processed; and
You have agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Space may be limited. Registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis and may close before the stated deadline if available spaces are filled.
The person completing the registration is responsible for providing accurate contact, travel, and payment information.
2. Getaway Pricing
Two pricing levels will be offered for the 2027 getaway.
EARLY BIRD RATE
$1,050 per person
Available for registrations completed between:
October 1, 2026 – December 31, 2026
REGULAR RATE
$1,350 per person
Beginning January 1, 2027, the Early Bird rate expires and the regular rate of $1,350 per person applies to new registrations.
The Early Bird rate will not be extended after the stated deadline unless Muscle Potential specifically announces otherwise.
3. Required $600 Deposit
A $600 deposit per person is required at the time of registration.
The deposit secures your reservation and is applied toward the total cost of the getaway.
The remaining balance will be automatically charged to the payment method provided during registration, subject to the applicable cancellation deadline described below.
Early Bird Guests
Total cost: $1,050
Deposit at registration: $600
Remaining balance: $450
Scheduled automatic payment: January 15, 2027
Regular-Rate Guests
Total cost: $1,350
Deposit at registration: $600
Remaining balance: $750
Scheduled automatic payment: April 15, 2027
4. Automatic Payment Authorization
By registering for the getaway and providing a payment method, you authorize Muscle Potential to charge the remaining balance due to the payment method used for your registration according to the payment schedule applicable to your registration.
You will not need to manually submit the remaining balance unless Muscle Potential contacts you regarding a payment issue or an alternative payment arrangement has been approved.
Before an automatic payment is processed, guests will have the opportunity to cancel according to the applicable cancellation deadline.
5. Early Bird Cancellation & Automatic Payment
Guests who register at the $1,050 Early Bird rate may cancel their reservation before the Early Bird cancellation deadline.
Early Bird Cancellation Deadline:
January 10, 2027
If you do not cancel by January 10, 2027, Muscle Potential will process the remaining $450 balance on January 15, 2027 using the payment method provided at registration.
After the January 15 payment has been processed, your Early Bird reservation will be considered paid in full, subject to the cancellation and refund policies contained in these Terms & Conditions.
6. Regular-Rate Cancellation & Automatic Payment
Guests registering at the regular rate of $1,350 may cancel their reservation before the regular cancellation deadline.
Regular Cancellation Deadline:
April 10, 2027
If you do not cancel by April 10, 2027, Muscle Potential will process the remaining $750 balance on April 15, 2027 using the payment method provided at registration.
After the April 15 payment has been processed, your reservation will be considered paid in full, subject to the cancellation and refund policies contained in these Terms & Conditions.
7. Final Payment Deadline
All guests must be paid in full no later than April 16, 2027.
This date is approximately two months before the June 16, 2027 departure date.
Muscle Potential reserves the right to cancel a reservation for which the required balance has not been successfully paid by the final payment deadline.
Guests are responsible for ensuring that their payment method is valid and has sufficient funds available when an automatic payment is scheduled.
8. Failed or Declined Payments
If an automatic payment is declined, rejected, or otherwise unsuccessful, Muscle Potential may contact the guest to obtain an updated payment method or alternative payment arrangement.
A failed payment does not cancel the amount owed.
The guest remains responsible for paying the outstanding balance by the applicable deadline.
Failure to resolve an outstanding balance may result in cancellation of the reservation and forfeiture of amounts paid, subject to any applicable refund or cancellation provisions.
9. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation requests must be submitted directly to Muscle Potential in writing.
The applicable cancellation deadline depends on the registration/payment schedule.
Early Bird Reservations
Cancellation deadline: January 10, 2027
Regular Reservations
Cancellation deadline: April 10, 2027
Cancellation requests received after the applicable deadline may be subject to forfeiture of payments already made and/or additional cancellation charges.
Because the getaway involves advance commitments to accommodations, transportation, excursions, activities, staffing, and other travel-related services, Muscle Potential may be unable to recover amounts paid on behalf of a guest after cancellation deadlines have passed.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility is determined by the cancellation date, payment status, and commitments already made on behalf of the guest.
Payments may become non-refundable after the applicable cancellation deadline.
If a refund is approved, Muscle Potential will issue the eligible refund by check unless another method is agreed upon.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment processor and financial institution.
11. Transfer of Reservation
Reservations may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to another person without prior written approval from Muscle Potential.
Any approved transfer may be subject to additional requirements, fees, or deadlines.
12. Travel Documents & Personal Travel Arrangements
Each guest is responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required travel documents, identification, passports, visas, entry requirements, and other documentation necessary for participation in the getaway.
Guests are also responsible for making their own travel arrangements unless a specific travel service is expressly included as part of the getaway package.
Muscle Potential is not responsible for a guest's inability to travel due to missing, expired, or inadequate travel documentation.
13. Flights & Travel Delays
Unless specifically stated in the package description, airfare is not included in the getaway price.
Guests are responsible for their own flights and for arriving at the required destination at the appropriate time.
Muscle Potential is not responsible for airline cancellations, delays, missed flights, lost luggage, weather-related disruptions, strikes, government restrictions, or other circumstances outside of Muscle Potential's control.
Guests should consider purchasing appropriate travel insurance.
14. Accommodations & Included Services
The getaway package may include accommodations, meals, activities, fitness-related experiences, excursions, transportation, swimwear, photography, or other amenities as specifically described in the current event offering.
Included services are subject to availability and may change when circumstances outside Muscle Potential's control require substitutions or modifications.
Muscle Potential reserves the right to substitute comparable accommodations, activities, transportation, or services when reasonably necessary.
15. Excursions & Optional Add-Ons
Certain excursions, transportation services, activities, photography, upgrades, or other experiences may be offered separately from the base getaway package.
Additional charges may apply.
Optional services must be paid according to the payment terms presented at the time of purchase.
Purchasing an optional add-on does not modify the payment schedule or cancellation terms for the main getaway unless specifically stated otherwise.
16. Changes to the Getaway
Muscle Potential reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the itinerary, accommodations, activities, excursions, transportation, or schedule when necessary due to availability, weather, safety concerns, operational requirements, governmental restrictions, or circumstances beyond Muscle Potential's reasonable control.
Every effort will be made to provide a comparable experience when changes are necessary.
17. Force Majeure
Muscle Potential is not responsible for delays, cancellations, interruptions, or changes resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government actions, travel restrictions, transportation disruptions, strikes, civil unrest, war, acts of terrorism, or other extraordinary events.
In such circumstances, Muscle Potential will make reasonable efforts to communicate available options and work with applicable vendors and partners.
18. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
Guests should consider coverage for trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, lost or delayed luggage, travel delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
Muscle Potential does not provide individual travel insurance unless expressly stated as part of the package.
19. Guest Conduct
All guests are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, resort staff, vendors, transportation providers, and Muscle Potential representatives.
Muscle Potential reserves the right to remove a guest from the getaway if their behavior creates a safety concern, substantially disrupts the experience of other guests, violates applicable laws or resort policies, or otherwise creates a serious problem for the group.
A guest removed from the getaway may be responsible for all costs associated with their departure and may not be entitled to a refund.
20. Photography, Video & Promotional Use
The Muscle Potential Re-Treat Yourself Fitness Getaway may include photography and video for event documentation, social media, marketing, promotional materials, and future Muscle Potential advertising.
Guests may be photographed or recorded during group activities and events.
By participating in the getaway, guests acknowledge that photography and video may occur during the event.
Any specific photography arrangements, private sessions, or additional media services will be subject to their own terms.
21. Health, Fitness & Activities
Guests participate in fitness activities, excursions, recreational activities, and other experiences at their own discretion and risk.
Guests are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate in any activity.
Muscle Potential is not providing medical advice or medical supervision as part of the getaway.
Guests should consult an appropriate healthcare professional regarding any personal limitations or concerns before participating in physical activities.
22. Personal Belongings
Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the getaway.
Muscle Potential is not responsible for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal property.
Guests should follow the security recommendations of the resort, transportation providers, airlines, and excursion operators.
23. Agreement to Terms
By completing registration and submitting the required deposit, you acknowledge that:
You have read these Terms & Conditions;
You understand the payment schedule;
You understand that your remaining balance will be automatically charged according to the applicable payment schedule;
You understand the applicable cancellation deadline;
You understand that payments may become non-refundable after the applicable cancellation deadline;
You understand that all balances must be paid in full by April 16, 2027;
You agree to provide accurate registration and payment information; and
You agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
